Shipping Policy

At Pop Patches, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. All our patches are carefully prepared and packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed within 10–15 working days.
  • Our patches are made-to-order, so dispatch may take some time.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable by our main courier partner, we will ship via an alternate courier.
  • This may slightly increase delivery time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.
  • If tracking shows "shipment cancelled", it does not mean your order is cancelled. A new tracking ID will be generated.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refusal

We will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every order securely. If you receive a damaged package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share a proper unboxing video
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • We will escalate the issue with the courier partner

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to operational reasons

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Festivals & holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Operational challenges

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the above situations.
