At Pop Patches, every patch is carefully quality checked before dispatch. Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is placed. However, we do offer replacement in case of damaged or incorrect items.

No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- We do not accept size/design preference returns
- We do not offer refunds once order is placed
We only provide replacement for:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
- Missing item
Replacement Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Package opening
- Product condition
- Share the video with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery

Important Notes
- Unboxing video is mandatory for replacement
- Claims without video will not be accepted
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement Approval
- Once we verify the issue, we will approve the replacement
- Our team may arrange pickup of the damaged item (if required)
- Replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after approval
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided for:
- Minor color variation (due to screen differences)
- Improper application of patch
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders placed incorrectly by customer
